Referral Scheme Terms & Conditions

Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the referral scheme (“Scheme”) offered by ASSURA PROTECT (“Company”). By participating in the Scheme, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

General Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

The Scheme is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of the Company and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Existing customers cannot refer themselves.

Vouchers are payable after the 6th monthly premium paid by the Referral. In the event of a policy being cancelled, no reward shall be paid to the referring party. Eligibility is from policy start date, not order date.

The referral scheme is for individual customers, no companies or organisations are permitted.

Participation

To participate in the Scheme, individuals must refer a potential client (“Referral”) to the Company.

Referrals can be made by completing and submitting the referral form on the Company’s website or by contacting the Company directly with the Referral’s details.

Referral Criteria

Referrals must meet the Company’s standard requirements for the insurance products offered. The Referral must not be an existing client of the Company or have been referred by another participant.

Referral Reward

Participants will be eligible for a referral reward after 6 monthly premiums have been paid.

The referrer is offered a £50 Amazon voucher for each friend who buys for the first time.

The reward will be paid within 30 days after the 6th monthly premium has been paid. A reward email will be sent to the Referring Member and another separate email will be sent by Amazon with the gift card.

Rewards will be cumulative and so if multiple qualifying referrals are made to ASSURA PROTECT, multiple rewards will be delivered to the referrer, subject to a limit of 500 GBP of reward value within the last 12 months.

The Referrer will be notified by email once a referred friend has purchased and they have paid the 6th premium.

Rewards will be valid for 30 days from the date earned by the referrer.

Assura reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deny the issuance of any incentives to both the referrer and the referred party at any time. ASSURA Protect is under no obligation to provide reasons for such refusal.

ASSURA PROTECT reserves the right to vary any and all elements of this offer at any time without notice.

Claiming the Referral Reward

To claim the referral reward, participants must:

Ensure that the Referral mentions the participant’s name and contact details at the time of purchasing the insurance policy.

Submit a claim form available on the Company’s website under the “Referral of a friend” section, or contact the Company at info@assuraprotect.com, directly within 30 days of the policy being issued.

Provide any necessary documentation or information such as friend’s name, contact number and email address requested by the Company to verify the referral. If the details cannot be substantiated, ASSURA cannot be held accountable.

The Company will process the referral and issue the reward within 30 days of receiving the completed form and verifying the referral. If the participant is unable to take up or use the voucher(s) ASSURA PROTECT shall have no liability in such eventuality.

The participant may not request, and they are not entitled to a cash alternative to the voucher(s) and they are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Limitations

Each participant may submit a maximum of three Referrals per month. The Company reserves the right to reject any Referral that does not meet the eligibility criteria or standard requirements.

Privacy and Data Security

Participants must ensure that the Referral is aware of and consents to their details being shared with the Company (by ticking the specific confirmation box before the submission of the referral form).

Where permission has not been obtained, ASSURA will not accept responsibility for the actions of the referring party and any referrals made in error.

Modifications and Termination

The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the Scheme at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Company’s website.

Liability

The Company is not responsible for any technical problems, malfunctions, or failures of any kind that may affect participation in the Scheme. The Company is also not responsible for any taxes or other costs associated with the referral reward.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Scheme will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

Acceptance

By participating in the Scheme, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of the Company, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Scheme.
